Ripple
Please enjoy this painting, “Ripple,” I made based on a concept by my brother. He plans on painting this on a canvas in the future to sell, with the profits going to the Vaquita.
Hope
The water ripples.
A Vaquita breaks the surf:
The symbol of hope.
The hunt
Bubbles dance down her side.
Her muscles ripple with every flow of movement.
She is on the hunt.
The fin
A fin proudly breaks the surface, creating a ripple,
Attracting gulls, scaring fish.
The fin slowly declines, again creating a wake.
When all seems lost, it will reappear.
